Spaghetti with Cream Sauce

Hi Everyone, I forgot to mention that I used turkey bacon instead of normal bacon in this video. I guess that normal bacon will make more grease than turkey bacon when you fry them. So you can either reduce the butter amount or wipe some grease from bacon after it’s fried. or if you think it’s okay, just leave the way it is. hehe thanks

Main Ingredients
• 1 Handful Spaghetti (6 oz) (½ tsp Salt and 1 Tbsp Olive Oil)
• 4-6 Bacon Strips
• 1 Cup Broccoli
• ½ Cup Onion
• ½ Cup Button Mushrooms
• 2 Cloves Garlic
Sauce Ingredients
• 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
• 1 Cup Milk
• 2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
• 2 Tbsp Butter
• 2 Pinches Salt
• 2 Pinches Black Pepper
• 1 Egg Yolk
• Yield: 2 Servings
